Every dog deserves fields.
We collect your dog from your door and bring them to 10 acres of open farmland to run, play and live their best life — then home again, tired and happy.

Real dogs. Real mud. Real joy.
No studio shots, no stock-photo smiles — every picture here is an actual day at Barkleys — real members of the pack, straight from our Instagram.

A day with us
Doorstep to dreamland, every day.
The same happy rhythm, rain or shine. Scroll through your dog's new routine.
The Doggy Bus arrives
Air-conditioned, fitted with beds, gentle music playing. Your dog hops aboard with their pals — you don't even need to be home, thanks to our secure key-holding service.
Welcome to the farm
Ten acres of fields in north County Dublin. Dogs are grouped by size and energy level, so everyone plays with the right crowd.
Run. Play. Repeat.
Organised games, free running, new best friends — under constant supervision from our team. Heated dens are always open for a snooze.
Warm shower for the muddy
A dirty dog is a happy dog — but our heated showers make sure they don't bring the farm home to your sofa.
Home, happy, tired
Delivered back to your door, ready for dinner and cuddles — and already dreaming about tomorrow.

The humans
Cared for by people who are properly dog-mad.
Your dog is never left alone at Barkleys. Our team of experienced carers is out in the fields with the pack all day — running the games, refereeing the zoomies, and handing out the belly rubs. Most of them get more excited about the morning bus arriving than the dogs do.
Every carer knows every dog by name — and usually their favourite treat, too.
From the humans
Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.
Our black lab Ruby absolutely LOVES going to Barkleys. The team there are extremely friendly and it's clear that they just adore and care for dogs!
We send Buddy twice a week, he comes home tired and ready for cuddles. His temperament has improved no end since he joined Barkleys.
Our dog Bruce loves to socialise with other dogs, he gets on so well at Barkleys, it's definitely the highlight of his week.
Ever since we started sending Charlie to Barkleys we have seen an incredible improvement in his behaviour. Thank you Barkleys!!

Good questions
Everything owners ask us.
Are you insured? +
Yes — Barkleys is insured to professionally care for dogs, covering public liability, daycare, and custody and control of your pet.
What areas of Dublin do you cover? +
Our Doggy Buses run right across Dublin — from Dundrum on the southside to Malahide on the northside, and everywhere in between — and we're expanding all the time. See the pick-up map above, and if you're just outside it, get in touch anyway: new routes are added regularly.
What happens when it rains? +
We're open come rain or shine. Every zone on the farm has a heated indoor den that's open at all times — most dogs don't mind a bit of weather, and those that do always have a cosy spot to retreat to.
Will my dog come home clean? +
A dirty dog is a happy dog — but we get it. Muddy dogs get a warm rinse in our heated showers before home time. Maybe not pristine, but never covered in muck.
Do I need to be home for pickup and drop-off? +
No — our secure key-holding service means our driver can hold your key safely, with nothing linking your keys and address together.
Do I have to book the same days each week? +
Not at all. There are no contracts and no minimums — come as little or as often as you like. You can cancel any day online until 11pm the night before; cancelled days are charged at 50% and your place stays reserved.
My dog doesn't get on with other dogs — can they come? +
Sadly not. Barkleys is built around sociable group play all day long, so if your dog wouldn't enjoy that or shows aggression towards other dogs, we wouldn't be the right fit for them.
What's your policy on neutering? +
We don't have a blanket policy. Un-neutered dogs are welcome as long as their behaviour keeps group play safe and peaceful — we monitor closely and make recommendations dog by dog.
Un-spayed females are very welcome too, except during their season, when they sit those weeks out (charged at the cancellation rate, with their place kept).
Ready for their best day ever?
Trial days available now. €54 a day with the Doggy Bus, or €34 drop-in.
